Same company, same warehouse. Laser consumables simply have their own site.
Two sites, one company
We have split the range across two sites so each one can do its job properly.
- inkink.co.nz — inkjet. Ink cartridges, ink bottles, refill kits and print head cleaning kits, along with the guides that explain which one you actually need.
- tonerink.co.nz — laser. Toner cartridges, drum units and laser printer parts.
Same company, same Auckland warehouse, same people on 0800 INKINK, same 12 month replacement warranty. What changed is which of the two sites you order from.
Why we did it
Inkjet and laser are two different problems. An inkjet owner wants to know why the print head is streaking and whether the XL cartridge is worth the extra money. A laser owner wants to know whether it is the toner or the drum that needs replacing, and how to reset the counter afterwards. Trying to answer both on one site meant answering neither of them well.
What this means for you
- Your toner and drum units are still stocked. Nothing has been discontinued.
- The two sites have separate carts and separate accounts, so you will check out on Tonerink rather than here.
- Warranty and support are unchanged. If you are not sure which part you need, ring 0800 INKINK and read us the model number off the front of the printer — we will tell you.
If you print on both an inkjet and a laser, you are welcome to keep buying from both. Sorry for the extra click.
