Dispatch
Stock is held in Auckland. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.
Typical delivery once dispatched:
- Auckland — next working day
- Rest of the North Island — 1–2 working days
- South Island — 2–3 working days
- Rural delivery — add a day
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
If it does not work
Everything we sell carries a 12 month replacement warranty against print defects. If a cartridge streaks, leaks, will not be recognised, or prints badly, tell us and we replace it.
Before you send anything back, call 0800 INKINK. A good share of “faulty cartridge” cases turn out to be a contact that needs wiping or a print head that needs cleaning, and we would rather solve it on the phone in five minutes than have you post a working cartridge back to us.
If you ordered the wrong one
It happens, and it is usually because the printer model was read off the wrong label. Contact us within 30 days with the item unopened and we will exchange it for the right one.
Opened cartridges cannot be exchanged for a change of mind — but if it does not work, that is a warranty matter and the paragraph above applies.
