Who we are
This site is operated by NZ Ink Group, a New Zealand business supplying printer consumables. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.
What we collect

What we do not do
- We do not sell your information to anyone.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you bought something. If you want our emails you have to ask for them, and every one has an unsubscribe link that works.
- We do not store card numbers.
Who else sees it
Only the businesses that make the order happen, and only the part they need:
- Our courier — your name, address and phone, so they can deliver
- Our payment provider — handles the payment directly; we receive confirmation, not card details
- Our hosting and email providers — who store the site and send order emails on our behalf
Some of these providers operate servers outside New Zealand. Where that is the case, your information is protected by that provider’s contractual obligations to us.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your shopping basket working and to remember you are logged in. These are necessary for the site to function. If we add analytics or advertising cookies we will ask you first.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, which is what New Zealand tax law requires. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for two years.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Email us and we will respond within 20 working days.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We may have to keep order records for the seven years mentioned above, but we will delete everything we are not required to keep.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored encrypted. Access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to do their job.
If something goes wrong and your information is affected in a way that could cause you harm, we will tell you and notify the Office of the Privacy Commissioner, as the Privacy Act requires.
